Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available for flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies, ensure quality beverages and foods, cash handling, and safety.
• Minimum 6 months experience in customer-facing roles.
• Minimum 6 months experience delegating tasks and coordinating teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and create a welcoming coffeehouse environment.
• Ensure quality beverages and food per recipes and customer requests.
• Oversee cash handling, safety, and security procedures.
• Coach and delegate tasks to teammates to maintain service standards.
