Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You will ensure quality beverages and food, coach team members, and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience and ability to interact with customers.
• Prepare and coach food/beverage prep to standard recipes or customized orders.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain store policies, cash handling and safety standards.
