Hilton Milwaukee is seeking a Café Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a premier downtown Milwaukee hotel. You will greet guests, input orders into the POS, deliver orders with condiments, and ensure accuracy while upholding liquor regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior food, beverage, cash handling and hospitality experience preferred.
• Innate desire to serve and maintain service and departmental standards.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Learn table settings, service ware, and menu items.
• Proficient in English for menu comprehension, recording orders, and guest communication.
• Recall and promote menu items.
• Maintain professional demeanor and clean uniform.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain specials & promotions.
• Record and input guest orders into the POS system.
• Retrieve, confirm, and deliver orders with condiments; follow liquor regulations.
• Replenish beverages and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Collect payment, thank guests, and invite them to return.
• Complete side work and cleaning tasks including restocking and replenishing condiments.
• Maintain self‑banking procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

What will you be doing?
