Job summary

Durango Casino & Resort is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the team and guest service operations. You will evaluate performance, set schedules and duties, and work with the Management Team to control costs while aligning with service standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, and leading the unit to meet financial goals, with daily huddles to communicate critical information and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Sound judgment in decision making.
• Comprehensive food knowledge including profit and loss statements, cost control, menu planning, budgeting, training, inventory control and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Set schedules and assign duties for Team Members to meet staffing standards.
• Monitor and manage P&L, budgeting and cost controls to achieve financial goals.
• Coordinate with Management to communicate room activities and forecast needs.
• Hold daily huddles and briefings to share pertinent information with staff.
