Job summary

Durango Resort in Henderson, NV is seeking a Casino Service Manager. You will supervise multiple casino departments, act as Manager on Duty, and direct all gaming operations while ensuring Title 31 compliance and asset protection.

You will coach and train staff, set schedules, manage cash procedures, and uphold service standards to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Prior POS exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years’ management experience.
• Slots experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Must communicate effectively.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook preferred.
• Prior experience with Point of Sale systems helpful.
• Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
• Inform supervisor of shortages and equipment needs.
• Set schedules and duties while maintaining staff hours per standards.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures.
