Palace Station, operated by Station Casinos, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, evaluate Team Member performance, and manage schedules to meet service standards. You will work with the Management Team to control costs and support annual budgeting while driving forecast accuracy.

The role requires strong communication with Guests, Team Members and Management, with extensive food and beverage knowledge and prior P&L experience.

Competenze

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Comprehensive food, wine, spirits and beverage knowledge; culinary background preferred.
• Experience as a restaurant Manager or Assistant with P&L responsibility.
• Knowledge of profit and loss, cost control, budgeting, and inventory.
