Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a team member to prepare and serve food and beverages, and to cater meetings and other business functions. You will cook and assemble items, maintain fresh product levels, and ensure a clean, organized work area. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ServSafe certification is required post hire.

Prior food service experience is a plus. The role includes maintaining safety standards, assisting guests with self-checkout, and supporting a nationwide benefits

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble various food and beverage items
• Anticipate production levels to ensure fresh food and adequate quantities
• Uphold food safety standards and maintain clean work areas
• Set up and break down work stations and catering events
• Provide quality service to every guest
• Assist guests with self-checkout procedures
• Maintain organization of café, kitchen, and storage areas
• Ensure a safe work environment for guests and team members
• Report disruptions or equipment issues to supervisor
• Comply with all rules, policies, and procedures
