Qualifications

• Partial high school education; HS diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• Interpret menus and recipes; follow directions.
• Good visual and communication skills.
• Ability to record information to the culinary production sheets.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards.

Responsabilités

• Take orders from customers and cook foods requiring short preparation times according to customer requirements.
• Prepare foods such as sandwiches, meats, soups, salads, breads, and beverages.
• Set up, restock, and break down of prep equipment and counters.
• Restock kitchen supplies and rotate food.
