Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations with the General Manager per policies.
• Establish and run training programs, including new-hire orientation.
• Develop and administer controls for all restaurant phases to keep standards and profits.
• Coordinate food preparation quality controls and present menu items for guest satisfaction.
