Recovery Café of Goldendale (RCCC) is looking for someone to join our team as a Recovery Navigator. We are looking for someone local to the Klickitat County area!


RCCC is a non-profit with a mission to support recovery by empowering people through an ever-growing community of resources, real-time encouragement, and loving, compassion-driven accountability.


About this Role

The person in this position is responsible for supervising the Recovery Café of Goldendale. Program including program personnel as well as collaborating with administration on program billing, policies, and reviews/audits. This role is crucial for enhancing participants’ recovery journeys by ensuring they receive necessary support and resources. The Café Operations Supervisor reports to the Executive Director.


Responsibilities


  • Personnel Management: Supervise staff through managing daily operations and offering support and guidance as needed.

  • Member Support: Address Member challenges as needed.

  • Support Circles: Hold monthly meetings to support Facilitators with needs/training/Problem Solving.

  • Volunteer Coordination: Work closely with Front Desk on Volunteer schedule and needs.

  • School of Recovery: To maintain and grow the classes offered at the Café.

  • Fiscal Oversight: Collaborate with director to manage program budget, disburse program resources, send in progress notes, and communicate with fiscal department on billing and records as needed.

  • Communication: Ensure coordination between Cafe and other RCCC programs.

  • Workload Management: Support staff with workload distribution.

  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships with Community partners.

  • File and Data Coordination: Ensure compliance through regularly maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Agency and Member Files.

  • Operational Support: Enhance program efficiency through collaboration with RCCC Directors on development of internal processes.

  • Community Networking: Attend and/or facilitate staff attendance at community events to expand program outreach as needed. Work with Community partners to build more resources.

  • Staff Support: Conduct one-on-one meetings to set clear objectives, establish SMART goals, provide feedback, and discuss professional development opportunities.

Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Experience working with individuals living with substance use disorders and/or mental health challenges.

  • Personal experience/peer in recovery with the SUD and/or MH and on a long-term recovery path.

  • Ability to work with adiverse staff team with flexibility, creativity, and enthusiasm.

  • Ability to embody principles of recovery in daily interactions.

  • Ability to lead and support a team that may at times experience high level workloads and unforeseen challenges in the workplace.

  • Capacity to maintain appropriate boundaries with staff and individuals served.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to collaborate with individuals of culturally diverse populations.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in the workplace.

  • Written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals from other agencies.

  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize.

  • Computer skills and current technology experience.
