Job summary

Recovery Café of Goldendale is seeking a Recovery Navigator to supervise café operations and coordinate program activities in Klickitat County. The role focuses on staff supervision, budgeting collaboration, and ensuring participants receive necessary resources and support for their recovery journeys.

The position emphasizes collaboration with administration, data accuracy, and engagement with community partners to expand services and resources for individuals in recovery.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals living with substance use disorders and/or mental health challenges.
• Personal experience/peer in recovery with SUD and/or MH on a long-term recovery path.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and daily operations; provide guidance.
• Address Member challenges.
• Hold monthly meetings to support Facilitators with needs/training.
• Schedule volunteers with Front Desk.
• Maintain and grow the School of Recovery classes.
• Collaborate on program budget and billing records.
• Coordinate between Cafe and RCCC programs.
• Help staff with workload distribution.
• Build relationships with community partners.
• Maintain accurate agency and member files.
• Improve internal processes with RCCC Directors.
• Attend community events to expand program outreach.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings to set SMART goals and professional development.
