Job summary

mcm is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join our Good Shepherd Center Valley campus in Pennsylvania. This part-time position requires leadership skills in a busy setting, ideally four days a week from 3pm to 7pm or 10:30am to 7pm.

The ideal candidate will have a background in café management, retail sales, and guest services. Responsibilities include training staff, ensuring a safe working environment, and managing public relations with patients and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial/institution dining such as in schools or healthcare facilities.
• Valid SERV Safe Certification.
• Experience in employee management including scheduling and disciplinary measures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain working rapport with residents and community.
• Ensure complaints and suggestions are prioritized.
• Support GM in communications with client contracts.
