Sodexo is seeking a Food Supervisor at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest to oversee on-site food operations across fast casual, cafeterias, coffee counters, events, and cafes. You’ll coordinate service employees under management direction to maintain quality and service.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of supervisory experience, are team-oriented, and committed to a safe working environment. Shifts include mornings with rotating weekends; full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas of quality, service and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts depending on business needs.
