Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Supervisor at Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenberg to oversee on-site food operations and coordinate daily activities of service staff across fast casual, cafeterias, events, and casual dining. You’ll help ensure quality, service, and safety in a busy environment.

The role requires 1+ year of related experience with supervisory duties preferred and a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, some weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Team-oriented and reliable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas of quality and service.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client needs.
