Job summary

All Native Group is seeking a full-time Café Manager in Blackstone, VA, overseeing day-to-day operations at the FASTC site. The role requires supervising staff, ensuring health and safety compliance, managing inventory and vendor relations, and delivering excellent customer service for government facilities.

The ideal candidate has extensive food service management experience, strong training skills, and a track record of maintaining quality service in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience in the food service industry.
• Minimum five (5) years of management experience in food service.
• Demonstrated knowledge of food service operations, food handling and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and contract deliverables.
• Recruit, train, and supervise café staff; coach under-performing employees.
• Manage inventory, order supplies and monitor costs (COGS).
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain high service quality.
• Complete administrative paperwork and maintain positive employee relations.
