Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the cafe’s management team and staff.
• Oversee hiring, interviewing, and training of crew members.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, safety, quality, and brand standards.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and par levels to meet budget and sales goals.
• Lead marketing and promotional campaigns consistent with brand guidelines.
• Enforce ServSafe compliance and proper food handling procedures.
