Tropical Smoothie Cafe is hiring immediately for Assistant Managers to join our team. The Manager leads FOH and BOH operations, performs managerial duties, and trains staff to uphold brand standards. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, and scheduling to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

Managers drive catering and sales growth, monitor budget performance, and lead promotions while maintaining ServSafe and quality procedures. Full-time with hourly pay and training opportunities.

Competenze

• 5 years of food service experience is required.
• Strong in driving operational execution in both FOH and BOH.
• Self-starter with ability to make solid decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Lead FOH and BOH operations of the cafe.
• Hire, train, coach and discipline restaurant team members.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and product quality while driving sales.
