Gopuff is hiring a Cafe Manager to lead the Starbucks licensed store operations in Pittsburgh. You will manage a team of Lead Baristas and Baristas, oversee deliveries, inventory, and equipment, and drive profitability and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of cafe/restaurant management experience.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and manage KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Starbucks operations, including deliveries, inventory management, and equipment maintenance, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.
• Drive improvements in KPIs such as Production Time, Order Defect Rate, and Cost Per Order; train and coach baristas on safety and standard work.
• Ensure financial success by meeting budget targets for productivity, labor, and other expenses, contributing to site profitability.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulations; analyze reports to enforce procedures.
• Implement and monitor Safety and HR compliance measures, ensuring safety of personnel and products, and conduct QA reviews.
• Create strategies to enhance safety, foster a positive culture, and improve financial performance at the facility.
