Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Cafe Manager to join the Starbucks Operations team. You will lead a team of Lead Baristas and Baristas, driving store profitability, safety, and a first-rate guest experience in a fast-paced cafe environment.

The role requires entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership, and the ability to coach a team in a dynamic retail setting. You will manage scheduling, inventory, and compliance while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of manager/supervisor experience; 1 year in QSR and/or cafe preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong skills with conflict resolution.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
• Proficiency in computer usage, email, and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Starbucks operations, including deliveries, inventory management, and equipment maintenance, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.
• Coach baristas to prioritize safety, adhere to standard work procedures, and maintain productivity.
• Ensure financial success by meeting budget targets for productivity, labor, and other expenses.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures; analyze reports to enforce rules.
• Implement safety and HR compliance measures, ensuring safety of personnel and products.
• Develop and execute action plans to enhance facility performance and guide company programs.
• Create strategies to improve safety, culture, and financial performance; oversee store operations.
• Manage staffing coverage during shifts, peak times, and weekends to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Use data to drive decisions, improving customer satisfaction and store performance.
