Gopuff is seeking a Cafe Manager to join the Starbucks Operations team. You will lead a team of Lead Baristas and Baristas overseeing licensed store operations, driving profitability and delivering a perfect customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of manager/supervisor experience, 1 year in QSR/cafe preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with sales focus.
• Professional fluency in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Starbucks operations, including deliveries, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Coach baristas to prioritize safety and productivity; ensure standard procedures.
• Meet budget targets for productivity, labor, and expenses to drive profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements; monitor KPIs.
• Develop action plans to improve facility performance and store safety/culture.
