Job summary

Praxy is seeking a hands-on Café Manager for the Bellevue location. You will lead daily operations, coach the team, and ensure top-tier guest service while managing inventory, cash handling, and health standards. Flexibility to open/close, weekends, and holidays is required.

You will partner with the District Manager on hiring, training, and performance management, aiming to drive growth and reduce waste while maintaining exceptional café standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience (food/retail preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily café operations and shift execution.
