Role Description

The Cafe Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Brew Haha in Wilmington, DE. This role oversees daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, managing staff schedules, supervising baristas and food service team members, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety. The Cafe Manager monitors inventory levels, coordinates ordering of coffee, food, and supplies, and helps manage cost controls. They support customer service on the floor, resolve guest concerns, and ensure a consistently positive experience. The role also includes training and coaching team members, tracking sales performance, implementing promotional activities, and collaborating with leadership on operational improvements.

Qualifications
