Job summary

Nbutexas, a boutique luxury hospitality group in Naperville, seeks an experienced Cafe Manager to lead a busy upscale cafe and coffee bar, overseeing breakfast and lunch with personalized service that elevates guest experiences.

You will coach and schedule a high-performing team, maintain elevated service standards, manage labor and beverage programs, and ensure a polished atmosphere that reflects a luxury guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of food & beverage leadership in a high-volume cafe environment.
• Strong floor presence and service leadership skills.
• Coffee and barista knowledge preferred.
• Experience managing teams, scheduling, and service standards.
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
