• Ensure health and safety regulations for food handling/prep.
• Comply with ABC rules and responsible alcohol handling/sales.
• Refine policies and procedures to boost efficiency.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment across departments.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Oversee performance management, coaching, and employee development.
• Contribute to seasonal menu development aligned with branding.
• Monitor sales, costs, waste, and financial performance.
• Perform other duties to ensure smooth operations and guest safety.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the café, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
• ABC Compliance and proper handling and sale of alcoholic beverages.
• Refine and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among different departments.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Performance Management & Coaching: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including performance evaluations, corrective action, and professional development.
• Food and drink recipe development: Creating seasonal menu items that align with branding and seasonal trends
• Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, sales strategy, food and beverage costs, and waste management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the café and the safety of our guests.
