Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients to keep kitchen stocked.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures for food handling.
• Follow recipes and production guidelines.
• Complete production tasks on time.
• Keep workspace neat and sanitary; clean kitchen at end of shift.
• Stock and rotate inventory.
• Assist in inventory control and losses/ transfers.
• Attend department meetings and trainings.
• Perform duties of café counter staff as needed.
