Job summary

Eurest is hiring for a full-time COOK at our Milwaukee location. The role is based at Molson/Coors, 3939 W Highland Street, Milwaukee, WI 53208. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm. Cafe/catering experience is preferred and online applications are accepted only.

Summary: Prepares food to meet standards and maintains food service quality. Assists in ordering, production planning, and keeping a clean, safe kitchen in compliance with HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Cafe/catering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring food is at the correct temperature and visually appealing.
• Keeps kitchen and storerooms clean, stores food and supplies per standards, and maintains sanitary conditions in all areas.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, records keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Performs duties safely and follows HACCP standards.
