Job summary

Urban Air Adventure Parks in Everett, WA seeks a Café Lead to oversee shift responsibilities of the Urban Air Café, guide Team Members, and ensure fast, friendly service in kitchen and service areas. This hands-on role requires cooking, preparing, and serving food with urgency while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have 6–12 months of food/beverage experience and a ServSafe or similar certification; leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6–12 months of prior food and beverage experience (Quick Service and/or restaurant).
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Must have a ServSafe or similar food handling certification, or be willing to get one within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift responsibilities of the Urban Air Café and guide the performance of Team Members.
• Work in kitchen and service areas, cooking, preparing, and serving food.
• Lead, motivate and empower Café Team while upholding Urban Air policies and standards.
• Ensure deliveries are logged and stored properly; manage inventory and rotation to minimize waste.
• Train Café Team in preparing full menu and the front of house staff in drinks and ready-to-eat foods to high standards.
• Set high standards for punctuality, attendance, cleanliness, and attitude; model professional conduct.
• Stay beyond scheduled shifts when needed and participate in staff meetings and training.
• Maintain organized Café and storage areas and handle guest concerns in absence of Café Manager.
• Support regular deep clean schedules and maintain a safe, hygienic work environment.
• Assist in aligning Team Members with Urban Air culture and maintaining high guest service levels.
