Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment and work areas to be ready for use.
• Work closely with Steward and Exec. Steward to meet daily workload goals.
• Sweep and mop floors, clean floor mats and drains, and empty trash.
• Clean and transport Food and Beverage equipment to requested locations.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
