Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• Ability to interpret menus and recipes and follow directions.
• Good visual and communication skills.
• Ability to record information to culinary production sheets.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers and cook foods requiring short prep times.
• Perform food preparation tasks (sandwiches, soups, breads, desserts, coffee/tea).
• Set up, restock, and break down food prep equipment and work areas.
• Restock kitchen supplies and rotate food.
• Accept payments and issue receipts, refunds, or change accurately.
• Maintain clean and orderly cash station area.
