Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Café Attendant to welcome Guests, explain the menu, prepare quick service items, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met. You will be an ambassador of FUN, assist with orders, and maintain cleanliness while supporting restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in food/beverage or retail is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and teamwork are essential.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification where required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming and greeting Guests, ambassadors of FUN.
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy.
• Preparing quick service food and beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs.
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back.
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties.
