Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. Cafe Attendant is responsible for assisting in all areas of customer service and day-to-day operations, including inventory, sales, cash handling, and line service.

The role supports multiple front-of-house positions and start dates for the summer season are in March and April. Essential duties include taking orders, food preparation, stocking, payments processing, and maintaining a clean cash station.

Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• Experience in cash handling and basic food prep.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and read menus/recipes.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and assist with food preparation for quick-service items.
• Maintain clean work areas and restock supplies.
• Handle payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Cross-train in cashier, server, host, busser roles.
