If you have experience in the food and beverage industry, M Culinary is seeking a passionate Cafe Grill Cook to join our vibrant team and contribute to creating exceptional catering experiences across the Southwest. We are an award-winning catering company based in Phoenix, AZ, recognized as one of the TOP COMPANIES TO WORK FOR & GREAT PLACES TO WORK for three consecutive years!

About the role:
Your daily responsibilities will include preparing and serving food, planning food production to align with breakfast and lunch services, following standard recipes and accommodating special diet orders. You will operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all sanitation and food production regulations. At the end of your shift, you'll ensure the kitchen and appliances are cleaned and sanitized.

Work Schedule: Monday 3:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Tuesday-Thursday 4:30 AM - 2:30 PM, with Fridays through Sundays and holidays off.
