• We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.
• Location: Flik - 850 Rio Salado Parkway, Tempe, AZ 85281. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time schedule. Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. Friday, 6:00 am - 11:00 am. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Must have breakfast experience and grill experience.
  *Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available
• Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station according to federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Takes orders and prepares items requiring short preparation, completes orders from steam tables, and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Serves customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food is at the correct temperature, attractive, and tasty. Tastes all prepared food.
• Uses established ticket-collection procedures and maintains records during service.
• Uses approved recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Stores foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans and maintains work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant issues to supervisors.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with coworkers, customers, and managers.
• Performs job safely, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
