Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant general management experience (fast casual or full-service).
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain a high-performing team.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Run daily café operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs and audits for consistency and compliance.
• Monitor metrics to boost revenue and profitability.
• Manage labor, food, and controllable costs to meet budgets.
• Execute local marketing initiatives and community relations.
• Inspire team by modeling service excellence and accountability.
