La Madeleine French Bakery & Café is seeking a General Manager to lead daily café operations, upholding high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety while delivering authentic French guest experiences. You’ll coach and develop a local team, manage labor and costs, and drive top-line growth through local marketing and exceptional hospitality.

This hands-on leader role requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to teamwork and guest

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant general management experience (fast casual or full-service).
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain a high-performing team.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Hospitality passion and ability to create memorable guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Run the Show – oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Champion Standards – maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Inspect & Perfect – conduct regular walkthroughs and audits for consistency.
