Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Progressive supervisory experience in a restaurant.
• Two or more years of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop people and promote from within.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train cafe staff.
• Drive shift with clear daily goals and direction.
• Maintain staff schedules and fill in as needed.
• Supervise food prep, service and daily cleaning.
• Review P&L statements and manage labor and inventory.
