Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager in a quick service or full‑service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on team performance.
• Excellent hospitality, communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven ability to meet sales and labor targets while ensuring quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, optimize labor productivity and guest satisfaction in cafe operations.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver consistent service and Steps of Service.
• Ensure accurate orders, cost controls and food safety compliance.
• Lead front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations with clear communication.
• Manage schedules and payroll processes with attention to detail.
