Job summary

Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea is seeking an experienced leader to oversee operations of a corporate cafe, fostering a fun team environment while achieving sales goals. You’ll manage steady guest volume and dynamic staff, ensuring top-tier product execution and service.

The role requires hospitality or retail management experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead and coach a multi-member team to deliver a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Hospitality and/or retail management experience.
• Ability to lead and coach others with a passion for training.
• Servsafe certified.
• Ability to understand and manage P/L statements.

Responsibilities

• Actively build sales, profitability, and guest counts.
• Execute on delivering excellent product execution, guest service, and team management.
• Maintains and implements quality standards in all products, operations, and guest service.
• Manages and develops a 'dream team' by hiring, training, and coaching at least 15 team members ages 17 and older.
• Fosters teamwork, initiates team building opportunities, and provides a positive, goal-oriented work environment.
• Active participation in local store marketing (LSM) and national marketing for the café.
• Manages P/Ls, payroll, scheduling, inventory, and ordering.
• Maintains aesthetics and brand standards to deliver a premium guest experience.
• Adheres to health department, OSHA, and ADA regulations.
