Job summary

You will coach a team, manage staffing, and drive growth while upholding Panera's standards of warmth, belonging, and trust. You will hire and train staff, lead ongoing training, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Three years management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cafe with accountability for bakery-cafe success and guest experience.
• Plan and manage staffing, shift scheduling, and people development.
• Hire, train, and motivate team members; coach and develop managers and staff.
