Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager in a quick service or full-service restaurant.
• Experience in hospitality with passion for service.
• Passion for developing teams.
• Proven achievement of KPIs and actions to drive performance.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and lead calm teams.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
