Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Café seeks a store manager to lead daily operations with a friendly, energetic presence. You will supervise crew, recruit and train staff, and ensure top-notch guest experiences while achieving sales and quality standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory, and maintaining equipment, safety, and brand guidelines. This role offers bonus opportunities, PTO, and staff discounts, with paid training to support growth.

Qualifications

• 3 years of managerial experience in restaurant or fast-casual settings.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training and developing employees.
• Experience growing sales and delivering excellent customer service.

• Interacts with crew members and customers with a fun and welcoming attitude.
• Recruits, interviews, and hires team members to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Oversees training and provides continuous positive feedback for team members.
• Creates weekly work schedules and manages scheduling conflicts for all team members.
• Manages daily café functions including product prep, food and smoothie making, serving customers, and cleaning duties.
• Manages ordering and inventory for all products.
• Monitors sales growth and cost control against budgeted targets.
• Communicates marketing and promotional materials updates to the team.
• Maintains customer satisfaction and brand loyalty through service quality.
• Ensures equipment and facilities are maintained via preventative maintenance.
• Exhibits a consistent professional image and maintains cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Follows all brand safety and security policies.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty

• Presents a consistent, professional image of the café and crew by maintaining all cleanliness and appearance standards
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand
• Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
