We are looking for a School Cafeteria Food Service Worker responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the designated location.

About The Job

SLA Management, with over 20 years of experience, provides customized meal programs to charter and private school cafeterias nationwide. We are actively hiring for current and future school years.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Complete duties or administrative requests as assigned by SLA leadership.
• Ensure daily tasks are completed in compliance with operational procedures.
• Maintain food quality and sanitation standards.
• Use proper techniques for cleanliness and food preparation.
• Participate in preparing, cooking, and serving menu items.
• Ensure accurate payment processing and cash flow management.
• Complete all prep work accurately and on time.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Knowledge And Skills

• Strong work ethic and team player attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management.
• Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with POS and online reporting systems preferred.
• Food service experience is a plus.
