Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete assigned duties and administrative requests from SLA leadership.
• Ensure daily tasks are completed in compliance with operational procedures.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Use proper techniques for cleanliness and food preparation.
• Participate in preparing, cooking, and serving menu items.
• Manage accurate payment processing and cash flow.
• Complete prep work accurately and on time.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills with management levels.
• Organizational skills, multitasking, and prioritization.
• Experience with POS and online reporting systems preferred.
• Food service experience is a plus.
