We are looking for a School Cafeteria Food Service Worker responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations at the designated location.

About The Job

SLA Management, with over 20 years of experience, provides customized meal programs to charter and private school cafeterias nationwide. We are actively hiring for current and future school years.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete duties or administrative requests as assigned by SLA leadership.
• Ensure daily tasks are completed in compliance with operational procedures.
• Maintain food quality and sanitation standards.
• Use proper techniques for cleanliness and food preparation.
• Participate in preparation, cooking, and serving of menu items.
• Manage accurate payment processing and cash flow.
• Complete all prep work accurately and on time.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

• Strong work ethic and team player attitude.
• Effective communication skills with management levels.
• Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with POS and online reporting systems preferred.
