Job summary

ServiceSource is seeking a Café Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations, supervise Zone Supervisors and FOH staff, and ensure service excellence. You will drive staffing decisions, coach teams, and uphold safety, sanitation, and quality standards across all meal periods.

The role requires five years’ cafeteria management experience and a Serve-Safe certification or ability to obtain it within six months. This on-site position supports continuous improvement and effective budget practices.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Five years’ experience in managing a cafeteria or multi-full food service facility preferred.
• Serve-Safe Manager Certification or ability to obtain within six months required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Zone Supervisors and FOH staff; hire and evaluate staff; coach to foster a positive environment.
• Develop and maintain FOH training programs; ensure safety, sanitation, and service standards are met.
• Supervise daily food service operations; monitor equipment and safety logs; ensure quality and compliance across meal periods.
• Oversee cash handling; assist with purchasing; align practices with budgetary goals.
• Lead safety, sanitation, equipment, and QA initiatives; collaborate with leadership to refine procedures.
