Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specs related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively; flexible to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert: Prepares food per item specs; plans for future and mass production; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation, cold chain, inventory management; operates, maintains and sanitizes equipment.
• Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience; uses handheld tech to make decisions on production, ordering, club pick-up, training and product quality.
• Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; maintains quality and date control; eliminates waste; assists members with purchases and issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as brand advocate; inspires teamwork and respectful culture; helps overcome roadblocks and trains others.
• Complies with policies and ethics; uses Open Door Policy; applies in business processes and practices.
• Completes work by using policies, data and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress; seeks improvements.
