Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintain knowledge of product specs and collaborate across teams to educate associates.
• Be an Expert: prepare food according to item specs, plan for seasonality, ensure food safety standards and sanitation.
• Be a Techie: use handheld tech and digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience.
• Be an Owner: stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality, resolve member issues and assist purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: act as a brand advocate and support training and teamwork.
• Complies with policies and ethics, follows Open Door Policy, and executes business processes.
• Completes tasks by using policies and data, communicates progress, and adapts to change.
