Responsabilités

• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future productions and seasonality; adheres to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; manages inventory and cold chain compliance; executes product and layout execution.
• Leads with a team mindset: educates others, resolves member issues, and supports business needs.
• Complies with company policies and ethics; follows Open Door Policy and standard processes.
