Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a friendly Cafe Attendant (Barista) for Kohler Waters Spa in Kohler, WI. This part-time, onsite role offers shift coverage weekdays and weekends between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, with a focus on delivering attentive beverage and light fare service to spa guests.

You'll warmly greet guests, take orders, prepare and present drinks and meals, handle payments, maintain a clean workspace, and support daily spa operations while upholding Kohler's hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 year or older at time of application.
• Previous experience in food service and food preparation preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail needed.
• Ability to walk and stand for the majority of each shift and to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greeting guests and accurately taking food and beverage orders
• Preparing and presenting beverages and meals in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards
• Serving prepared food items with care and attention to detail
• Processing purchases and handling cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately

• Dismantling, cleaning, and resetting work areas as needed
• Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and stocking supplies according to storage guidelines
• Completing opening and closing responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations

What You’ll Do

As part of our spa food & beverage team, you’ll deliver attentive, seamless service that enhances every guest’s experience.
