Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking an upbeat Spa Food & Beverage Associate to join our onsite team in Kohler, WI. This part-time role supports a luxury spa environment, greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering beverages and meals with precision.

You will maintain cleanliness, assist with inventory, and help ensure smooth daily operations during both weekday and weekend shifts. Must be 18+ with strong communication and physical stamina for a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older at time of application.
• Previous experience in food service and food preparation is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail are needed.
• Ability to walk and stand for the majority of each shift and to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greeting guests and accurately taking food and beverage orders.
• Preparing and presenting beverages and meals in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
• Serving prepared food items with care and attention to detail.
• Processing purchases and handling cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment.
• Dismantling, cleaning, and resetting work areas as needed.
• Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and stocking supplies according to storage guidelines.
• Completing opening and closing responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations.

Schedule: Part-Time | Weekdays & Weekends | Shifts between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

What You’ll Do

As part of our spa food & beverage team, you’ll deliver attentive, seamless service that enhances every guest’s experience.

The hourly rate for this position is $15.00, plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
